DOES GOD PREFER SONS TO DAUGHTERS?

Machismo is a real plague...But somehow, God seems to keep a discreet eye on statistics concerning human births. He carefully manages to prevent the appearance of an over masculine world. He does want to remind us that He equally loves His sons and His daughters inside and outside the Unification Movement.

The Old Testament has been written by religious people who were living in a macho world. Men were the rulers and decided of everything. Women just existed to bear children and serve men.

Sun Myung Moon was born in Korea where machismo was probably stronger than anywhere else in the world. Men were the kings and women their servants. Korea was also known for detaining the sad world record for its number of prostitutes.

This explains why the Divine Principle theory coming from Korea suited perfectly Sun Myung Moon. His life reflected his deep rooted machismo. He found in the Old Testament plenty of justifications to keep living a male chauvinist life in "God's name". Men were definitely much more valuable that women in his eyes...

Sun Myung Moon proclaimed he had the mission to father 12 sons (like Jacob) to be victorious in his God given mandate. This is how he justified his "providential adulteries".

Did he succeed? With my limited knowledge about SMM's hyperactive libido, I only manage to count a total of 10 sons (among his 17 known children he had fathered with 4 different women). Could then someone help me find out if he completely succeeded in his "adulterous messianic accomplishments"?

Meanwhile the crucial question remains: Did Sun Myung Moon "failed" in what he claimed was his God-given mission according to the absolute truth of the Divine Principle?

Or did God's want to clearly demonstrate His refusal to support Sun Myung Moon's psychotic imaginary mission and weirdly macho enterprise?

Sun Myung Moon appeared very fond of "providential numbers". He always managed to cleverly use them to manipulate his fascinated followers and justify he was the Chosen one. Most of these numbers were concerning unverifiable realities. This generally allowed him to easily get away with it...

We are lucky he chose the number 12 to justify his providential need to have 12 sons. It should not be too difficult for Unificationists to validate or not this messianic claim.

It certainly would have been much more difficult to keep track of Sun Myung Moon's achievements if he had imagined equaling Salomon's record of 1000 concubines...

Do Unificationists really value monogamous families were men and women have equal value?

Why then do they follow an adulterous messiah who dreamed to equal the foolish Salomon and his 1000 concubines?

The Old Testament Machismo which Sun Myung Moon conveniently adopted has nothing to do with a genuine world of love where men and women do value and appreciate each other as God's most precious children.
