THE THREEFOLD UNIFICATIONIST BIGOTRY

Idealistic Unificationists are facing today a deep identity crisis. Presently, they can't avoid any longer facing the UM inherent  schizophrenia: Is truly the UM a genuine open organization or an authoritarian bigoted group?

Only Unificationists can be puzzled by such question. For any attentive observer the answer is very obvious…

From dedicated members’ stand point, the UM holds the deepest and widest view ever which will unavoidably unite all humankind. Most people in the world are presently very unfortunate to ignore such an incomparable message which only Unificationists have the privilege to know. That’s how, for years, they have been hard wired through constant DP indoctrination lectures and Rev Moon’s repeated slogans.

Why then can't Unificationism have more impact on society and attract more new people? Simply because time has revealed the long hidden lies and the deep seated corruption within the UM totalitarian leadership. In the same time members themselves have started noticing flaws and contradictions in the official bigoted doctrine, while the Moons were conceitedly excommunicating each other for power sake. So, facing today such a poor reality, the deceitful movement can’t but slowly die away…

Meanwhile pressured appointed leaders and die-hard members desperately want to keep the delusion running a little bit longer, but for two different unconfessed reasons: On one hand the greedless die-hard members out of misplaced pride and on the other hand the desperate greedy leaders to preserve their comfortable position and keep the money coming in…

So according to the UM propaganda, “highly successful developing activities” are presently being conducted in some remote places where the Moons are not really known yet. Then Unificationists' targets are now ex-communist countries and poor African countries desperately hanging to the UM lip service for financial support. In Europe Unificationist activities are targeting disoriented migrants from the Middle East.

A closer look at the situation shows that such apparent strategic “development” is actually based on a huge deceitful ambiguity. The Moons are then simply presented as “Peace champions” who love humankind and encourage people from all over the planet to build good families through “Peace gatherings”. Nothing wrong with that…except that according to the organizers of these meetings, all the attendees who have drunk the “holy wine” have then (unknowingly) been registered as “UM members”.

Through such masquerades, the main branch of the UM hypocritically wants to give the impressive image of “giving hope and love” to non Unificationist people. These targeted people are then expected to become “full of gratitude” toward the idealized “loving True Parents”. That’s mainly how the UM is trying to cheer up its remaining puzzled troops, and managing to cleverly stretch the ”Moon providence” as far and as long as possible…

At the same time, the two other quarrelling Unificationist branches (H1 and H2) keep going on their respective bigoted paths.  Of course, both with the same absolute confidence to be the only real Unificationists who detain the monopoly of God and of His blessings.

How then could one day those three downright sectarian UM leaders (who have so much in common) possibly come together?

It might just take to create a new federation: The “Universal Bigotry Federation”. The setting up of the “Excommunication Church” could be another possibility. In both eventualities, however, the major challenge would obviously remain to designate a leader among 3 equally qualified pretenders…

We somehow can all be grateful that through its outstanding example to the contrary, the Moon "True Family" has unknowingly been teaching us the necessity to focus more on being kind, inclusive and compassionate than on insisting being right.

This is indeed our greatest trump card to play, if we want to make our planet great again…
