On Jan 27, 2019, The FFWPU celebrated the “18th Anniversary of the 400 Million Couples Blessing on Jan. 27, 2001”. What does it really mean for members themselves… and for outsiders?
In 2001 very few people on Earth did notice the 400 million couples blessing event, probably because more than 99.95% of these couples were in the invisible spirit world (if we were to generously admit that the UM had indeed 400 000 members worldwide (200 000 couples) at that time.
Accordingly, what then did these 799.6 million good and invisible spirits do after their blessing? Have we objectively perceived any sign of the Pentecost Rev Moon prophesied in 2001? What have these millions of dedicated spirits really done? According to Rev Moon's claims, they were actively working day and night to forward the providence on Earth...
Where then are the fruits if indeed each and every Unificationist has benefited from such tremendous personal help and guidance from at least 2000 good spirits (that means 4000 dedicated spirits per family) in order to establish God’s kingdom?
More than 20 years ago, Rev Moon stated on 14th may 1999:
” The over 400 million couples who will receive the blessing are taking the position of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, who were to receive the blessing at that time. Because the gates of hell have been opened, the entire spirit world and physical world are now liberated… All those in the spirit world who have been liberated by True Parents will be mobilized to accomplish this goal in the physical world. The original Satan has come forward to support True Parents in giving the blessing to the 400 million couples... If each of the 400 million existing couples brings even one person per couple then God’s Kingdom can be established in this earthly world at once”
Why then should Unificationists after 1999 have again to pay “to liberate their ancestors” since according to Rev Moon “the entire spirit world and physical world are already liberated”?
Facts and numbers are stubborn.
If only 1% of this “Pentecost” had taken place since 1999, the UM would have already welcomed 4 million new disciples (apart from previous members’ children and grand-children). Where are they?
Wouldn’t however such a 1% "success" mean obviously a desastrous 99% failure? Since this 1% success doesn't even objectively exist, is it really worth celebrating such an insignificant claim?
Unificationists have been so well trained to deny reality and trust Rev Moon's mystical fantasies that they can only keep piling up all his nonsensical declarations with the magical expectation something miraculous will soon happen to fulfill their dreams.
Mathematicians have long ago discovered "Imaginary numbers", but Rev Moon has certainly been the first one to apply them to support his messianic claims and so comfort his credibility among his gullible followers.
