THE INSIDIOUS HYPNOTIC POWER OF IDEALIZATION

They made us dream…

They made us dream and believe that because of them, the highest ideals we could ever imagine would all come about in a very short time. Love and Peace would reign forever in the universe.

God’s kingdom‘s was at hand for finally the infallible True Parents had arrived. They had done everything that was needed for our dreams to be fulfilled.

• The second advent of Christ had taken place in Korea and “True Parents” were on earth.
• They were the full expression of “true love” which nobody was ever able to demonstrate before. Not even Jesus.
• They were together the perfect flawless embodiment of God.
• They had establish the first sinless ideal family on earth
• They had suffered more than anyone else in human history
• They had indemnified all sins of human history and restored all the past in just few years.
• They had the monopoly of God’s lineage: only through them all humankind could be “blessed” and again become part of God’s lineage.
• We ought them total obedience. We were eternally indebted to them
• They perfectly knew the timing and the way to settle God’s Kingdom on earth.
• They would liberate God Himself
• Their words would become law. No leader in the world would ever take a decision anymore without getting first True Parents’ advice or referring to their divine insights and cosmic wisdom.
• Billions of good angels and uncountable billions of redeemed spirits were now directly assisting them in their Historical providential work on earth….

They just needed the 101% members’ obedient sacrificial efforts (in matters of time, money and personal career). Then mankind’s most cherished hopes would imminently become a reality with God’s merciful intervention.

Almost 70 years later what are the actual UM accomplishments? In spite of mountains of heavy sacrifices from tens of thousands of dedicated followers and SMM’s numerous victorious proclamations, the results are not here. Do faithful obedient UM members (who are supposed to be the embryo of God’s Kingdom) have a truly decisive impact on the society? Do they have fulfilled lives? Are they happier, more “blessed” and better off than other people? Probably few are but definitely not in a greater proportion than the rest of humankind. Furthermore, where is then the prophesized cosmic Pentecost actually operating?

Obviously, this whole UM adventure was indeed just a deceitful idealization. Without our knowing, we all have been fascinated and malignly seduced by a great Korean delusion. As we now come to the end of the show, it’s time to wake up…

What do Unificationists see today when they open their eyes?

• An opulent exploded “true family” which is a perfect example to the contrary of God’s ideal (with divorces, adulteries, lies, fighting, corruption…)
• Thousands of poor “blessed families”, generally coming from different nations, culture and language, who are struggling for survival. Many have split or divorced. They had unpreparedly been thrown into marriage by SMM like a farmer would pair animals from his cattle for reproduction. They were taught the miserable lie that their marriage would perfectly work if they invested more in the mission than in their own marriage. Obviously, this never worked anywhere. Not within the “true family” nor within the blessed families. It will never work anywhere else but in SMM’s sick mind.
• Prosperous heavy weapons factories and casinos owned by the Moon family.
• A billion dollar worth Palace in Korea to host the True Parents’ hundreds of gold and diamonds crowns
• Few totally empty shells of bogus organizations for Peace and Unification in desperate search for respectability. Members keep inviting society leaders with always the same schizophrenic mind: They usually hide their connection to SMM to attract and seduce their “preys” in any possible way. But their real prime intention and goal is to have these leaders ultimately surrender to SMM. Unificationists feel great and important from being in touch with such prestigious leaders who are generally bribed to show up. It gives members the delusional impression to be themselves part of these elites.
• An unchanging tradition of displaying large banners with unsubstantial slogans in front of always the same few people before the taking of “historical” pictures and the cutting of victory (?) cakes…
• About 60 billion dollars assets confiscated by the Moon clan.
• Uninspiring continuous demands for money and “indemnity conditions” from remaining members. A focus on recurrent celebrations of “past victories” to keep the delusion alive, and give the impression to do something important and meaningful.
• The implosion of the Unification movement. This in itself clearly exposes the UM masquerade: Isn’t ironical that the Unification movement is now irreconcilably divided in several “unificationist” branches having each their own new contradicting theologies? At the end of the game, Unification is turning to excommunication!

Facing this unpleasant eye opening reality can’t but be greatly beneficial, however painful and heartbreaking it unavoidably appears. Once we have digested the trauma of having been conned, we actually feel a huge relief. We then make a great maturing step forward and freed ourselves from our invisible chains. We fully recover our God given freedom and creativity. And for sure, at that point, we find ourselves lastingly vaccinated against narcissistic gurus’ mind control and their deceitful promises.

That is the best news and sole comfort I’ll be able to share with members, when they’ll wake up from the UM delusion. Quite a few are still fast asleep or sleep walking under SMM’s insidious hypnotic power. They keep idealizing “True Parents” and idol worshipping them…

But let’s stop confusing the source of light with its mere reflection. The moon is definitely not the sun… Let’s return all praise and glory to God alone.

So much sincerity, love and talents have been hijacked by deceptive fake Korean messiahs. All this to exclusively promote the Moons’ vain glory. These misdirected good energies can now genuinely benefit humankind and glorify God who unconditionally bestows His love and blessings on all His children.

Hopeful inspiring dreams are healthy and necessary. They stimulate the best in ourselves. They allow us to enjoy life and reach our God given potential. Let’s then whole heartedly and diligently work towards fulfilling these wonderful dreams, away from the distorting Mooniverse.
