NO BULLET WILL EVER BRING PEACE

Martin Luther King wrote about “The power of love”. He pled for non-violence as the only possible way to lastingly change our society for the better.

His movement greatly contributed to overcome racial prejudices and to have unjust laws being changed in the US. It reconciled “America the beautiful” with her original creeds.

Martin Luther King was not just fighting against injustices but for a real Justice for all.

His attitude was not “us against them”, but together we have to win and stand united to keep up with our common highest ideals of Peace, Brotherhood and Cooperation, for everyone’s sake.

Is there any greater legacy we could ever transmit to future generations?

What did unificationists joined the UM for? Are there truly a Unificationist King or Queen of Peace? What happened to the ideal of true Love and universal salvation?

HOW COULD EVER MANIPULATION. LIES. PROPAGANDA. EXCOMMUNICATION. THREATS. PARANOIA. DEADLY WEAPONS. ETC…CREEP IN?

So, I plead you my unificationist friends, before any horrific use of your AR15 tragically takes place:

-Please keep up with the sweet and sound ideal of love which God has been whispering within your heart!

-Please forget the sour insane propaganda which the Moons are now spitting in your face!

It’s not too late yet.

You want to be strong? Get rid of your weapon and have a walk in MLK’s shoes…

You want to be good? Do things wholeheartedly for the sake of those you don’t understand…

You want to be true?  Refuse to be manipulated and follow your conscience…

You want to fill this world with love? This desperate world is actually waiting for you…

Now this reminds me of a song my MFT captain’s used to sing years ago:

"In the evening of my life I shall look to the sunset...And the question I shall ask only you can answer: Was I brave and strong and true? Did I fill the world with love my whole life through?"

That is ultimately the only question worth asking...
