A liberating perspective on the deceptively idealized Unification Movement and its idolatry of the Moon family. May these insights help misled generous souls to break free from the Unificationist treacherous manipulation and subtly induced spiritual enslavement, with love and forgiveness...

Let’s forget for a moment the unsolved dispute about angels ‘gender…
Much more important issues are now seriously agitating and irreconcilably opposing the different sects stemming from the original “Unification” movement founded by Sun Myung Moon. The very existence of these antagonistic branches is actually an implicit proof of the failure of the Unificationism.
For years, the original teaching borrowed by the Korean messiah from a syncretic sect named "Jesus Church" in the 1940’s in Seoul, seemed to plainly satisfy all Unificationists, in spite of its shady justifications for Sun Myung Moon being the Second Advent.
For unclearly explained providential reasons Sun Myung Moon was supposed to be the one and only sinless Messiah whom God had sent to restore all human sinners including the fallen Hak Ja Han who needed, like anyone else, to be educated and saved from the fallen lineage by the messiah.
For westerners coming from a non-fundamentalist Christian background, the concept of a messiah establishing a physical sinless family on earth would appear as a fantastic appealing good news. It was the substantial realization of the simplistic diagram of the 4 positions foundation hammered during the DP lectures.
From then on, the message was not “wait and see” but “work and see”. Work, and give and sacrifice and work harder and give more and sacrifice more…and more and more…Give and forget. God’s Kingdom was being settled on earth! Members had all their hope resting on a growing first True Family. This model sinless family was ultimately becoming God’s and members’ greatest source of joy and pride…
Yet, to come back to the original diagram of the 4 positions foundation, quite a few arrows have obviously been missing their target…
After numerous years of genuine dedication, it alas clearly appeared that the “divine message” was perfectly unable to unite even Sun Myung Moon’s own “True Family”. How then could this messiah unite members of the Unification Movement and the society at large? Furthermore, the Moon’s family corruption that had been hidden and denied for so long started to be exposed.
This undeniable facts should only lead to one logical possible conclusion:
The message is erroneous and deceitful. Its actual sole objective was to justify that Sun Myung Moon, who was born in 1920 in Korea, was the returning Christ in the flesh. This was indeed a malign con and an absolute lie. Can anyone still go out in the world today and pretend that DP is the real solution to genuinely solve all world issues?
The atheistic communist ideology is truly fallacious and manipulative. It can but lead to oppression of masses by a ruling omnipotent dictatorial class. The Divine Principle teaching is (theo)logically leading Unificationists to the same fate…
Strangely enough, fervent communists still believe today that communism is 100% right “in spite of the failure of some past leaders”. So, they refuse to acknowledge and face this cruel reality.
Similarly, fervent unificationists still believe today that DP is 100% right in spite of the failures of so and so. They refuse to admit that Sun Myung Moon was not the messiah he pretended to be. They can’t face the fact that he usurped a divine mandate to control his credulous followers. This is unavoidingly leading them to now set up poorly convincing “explanations”.
In such context, revised theologies are now popping up, trying to justify a “New Providence”. Unificationists need to explain why things did not turn out as it had previously been prophesied by Sun Myung Moon. They have then to find scapegoats for the present state of mess within the Movement.
It takes spectacular theological contortions to save the sinking Unificationist boat. How can such a desperate attempt to justify an indefensible reality ever succeed?
-Hak Ja Han initiated a completely new theology actually irreconcilable with the original Divine Principle teaching. What does « only begotten daughter » really means? Doesn't it mean that Sun Myung Moon’s first official wife and his first officially admitted concubine were not God’s “begotten daughters”. So, didn't then Sun Myung Moon commit at least twice adultery and failed as the unfallen Adam? Can the claim that the only begotten daughter is here be a satisfying explanation to save the Movement?
-H1 and H2 both claim to be in line with their father's erroneous teaching and “victorious” messy accomplishments. Both claim also to be the sole real successor appointed by Sun Myung Moon. They both present themselves as the victims of inner plots initiated by their mother and siblings to push them aside. And they try to theologically justify Sun Myung Moon's adulteries and weird behaviors. They claim to be perfectly in line with DP in order to explain the failure of their mother.
From all angles, it’s just tragic non-sense. I’ll however conclude here with basic questions that could contribute toward solving these weird theological disputes:
Are really the Moons God’s sinless chosen ones? Why would they? Are they ontologically so different from us? What have they really done by themselves that is so special?
They might be “begotten” or believe they are. That’s fine with me, if it makes them happy. Sometimes wishful thinking can help people achieving great things…but most often it sadly ends up in cruel tragedies.
Soon or later all narcissistic gurus, “begotten” or not, do appear intrinsically bigoted. That is indeed their common landmark which one should never forget to underline when being faced with their deceitful marketing approach…
